Brad Norman is the Chief Data & Digital Officer at the Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency, bringing over 20 years of expertise in finance, data analytics, and digital strategy.
Over the past decade, Brad has worked alongside Māori organisations to embed globally recognised social investment frameworks, enhancing their ability to measure, manage, and maximise impact for whānau.
In 2024, Brad co-captained the Touch Blacks 40 Men’s team at the Touch World Cup in Nottingham, where they secured gold against Australia to become world champions. That same year, he was also selected, alongside our Chief Operating Officer, as one of only 500 individuals globally to represent Civil Society at the 7th OECD World Forum on Well-Being in Rome.
His work continues to focus on leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making, strengthen service delivery, and drive positive health and wellbeing outcomes for Māori communities.
